The Role

As a Project Manager (Contract) at Adecco Singapore, you will be responsible for driving a series of strategic private-public initiatives for the vulnerable —particularly mature workers and individuals in career transition. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, government partners, and clients to create sustainable talent strategies and enhancing career progression opportunities for disadvantaged groups aligned with Adecco Singapore’s ambition to Make The Future Work for Everyone.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and Drive Adecco’s Mature Workers Pilot

  • Lead and manage the Mature Workers Pilot program aimed at enabling employment and strengthening employability of mature workers
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, recruiters, staffing, outsourcing divisions, and external partners to design and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Onboard new clients and engage current ones to support mature worker hiring efforts, leveraging grants where needed
  • Onboard community partners and NGOs able to provide value-added services to mature workers
  • Drive adoption and utilization of talent marketplace platform, providing light tech troubleshooting for internal stakeholders where needed
  • Ensure program delivery meets targets and timelines, reporting on outcomes regularly to senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to drive branding and marketing efforts to enhance Adecco’s efforts

Manage and Drive Career-related Engagement Activities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of engagement activities for SMEs and jobseekers focused on career health and skills-first hiring approaches.
  • Organize large-scale events engaging up to employers and jobseekers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to educate and support SMEs on career health strategies, talent acquisition, and human capital development.

Manage and Drive other Strategic Projects

  • Oversees and manage other strategic projects, working with internal stakeholders for effective execution

Key Requirements and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in the relevant field preferred
  • Past experiences in HR, Talent Acquisition or Career Coaching preferred.
  • Past experiences in working with government partnerships preferred.
  • Project Management:Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments internally and externally to execute large-scale initiatives.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and impactful content for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic Mindset:Ability to think strategically about workforce solutions, understanding the importance of skills-first hiring and human capital development.
  • Adaptability & Learning Agility:Open to learning new concepts and tools, adapting to changes in the workforce development landscape, and continuously improving processes.
  • Proactive and responsible to ensure project success
  • Collaborative and keen to work with multiple stakeholders
