We are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals to join our team in the position of ACCOUNTING MANAGER RTR.
As Accounting Manager R2R you are accountable for the delivery of the accounting and reporting services (including general accounting, revenue accounting, reconciliations, period end close, preparation of financial statements) and its personnel. Your job duties include managing the financial accounting and reporting process. Moreover, you will be responsible to provide overall direction and guidance to the accounting & reporting team towards operational goals and lead the innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the service delivery / cost optimization of the services. You report directly to the RTR Tower Lead.
Your Responsibilities:
• Lead accounting and reporting team to deliver required service at the right level of quality
• Team development, setting and achieving operational objectives
• Manage, prepare, administer and direct the accounting close and financial reporting process of the SSC as required
• Review and approve accounting transactions and account reconciliations
• Ensure that service levels are in line with SLAs
• Manage a high-performance team, providing strong leadership and customer service focus (both internally and externally)
• Ensure strong cooperation and communication with external and internal stakeholders
• Promote the culture of continuous improvement, lead initiatives associated within the A2R (Acquire to Retire) RTR (Report to Record) and Lease Accounting end-to-end processes as well as A2R e according to Adecco methodology and standards
• Ensure compliance to all internal and external regulatory/legal policies and procedures
• Monitor the progress and plan employee development in line with the team members’ personal and professional skills and aspirations
• Other duties and responsibilities relevant to the job and assigned by the Management
Your Profile:
• Experienced leader with an understanding of what it takes to lead a multi-country organization
• Proven track of professional experience in the area of accounting services, preferably in SSC/BPO environment
• Excellent understanding of the GAAP, IFRS and tax reporting principles is required
• Proven track of professional experience in the area of accounting services, preferably in SSC/BPO environment

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Reporting
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics and HFM
• Promote the adoption of standardization of the end-to-end process
• Ability to lead and develop teams including remote leadership
• Roll up sleeves, energetic and forward thinking
• Strong ability to collaborate, sees big picture and can drill into the detail
• Understands the business and how activities are impacted
• Team player, proactive, open minded, excellent listening skills and able to adapt to different cultures
• Advanced English language – written and spoken
