Junior Group Consolidation and Reporting Controller

You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR area to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group by providing in‑house services and driving operational and financial excellence. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join our Finance team in the position of a Junior Group Consolidation & Reporting Controller.

Job Role:

As a Junior Group Consolidation & Reporting Controller, you will be part of the Group Consolidation and Accounting team, supporting the preparation of accurate and timely consolidated financial statements in line with US GAAP, Group policies, and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the monthly close and country reporting process

  • Participate in group consolidation and intercompany processes under US GAAP

  • Assist in preparing monthly consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements

  • Support the preparation of half‑year and annual external financial reports

  • Maintain and update group consolidation master data (legal entities, chart of accounts, structures)

  • Liaise with Group External Auditors, preparing schedules and explanations

  • Collaborate with country finance teams and other group functions

  • Support the development and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting

  • Participate in finance‑related projects and continuous improvement initiatives


Your Profile:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a Big 4 firm and/or multinational company

  • Good understanding of financial close, consolidation, and external reporting

  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS

  • ACCA (or equivalent) qualification or progress toward certification is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication skills and team‑oriented mindset

  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
