In alignment with The Adecco Group Future@Work strategy, we are now expanding our business in Bulgaria with a newly established Shared Service Center (SSC)!

You will join forces with talented professionals in Finance and HR to shape the future of work @ The Adecco Group, providing in-house services and driving operational and financial excellence. Here, at the Shared Service Center @ The Adecco Group, you’ll explore exciting opportunities, grow professionally, and take ownership of your work—supported by a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

We’re currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join us as a SSC Continuous Improvement Manager.


Mission:

As a SSC Continuous Improvement Manager, you will support the TAG Wave Project Manager and collaborate closely with the Head of Continuous Improvement and the country project teams. Your mission is to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, mentor project teams, and lead change across business units—contributing to the successful implementation of financial operations in the Shared Service Center and beyond.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support timely and effective execution of the integrated project plan across regions
  • Lead improvement initiatives to meet or exceed KPIs related to quality, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Structure complex business challenges using a data-driven, structured approach
  • Mentor project managers in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and general project management
  • Promote continuous improvement culture and support tollgate project governance
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and generate actionable insights from interviews, data, and stakeholder feedback
  • Drive end-to-end operational improvements aligned with customer needs
  • Quantify project impact across financials, compliance, productivity, and service excellence
  • Champion a risk-aware culture and ensure compliance with established standards and policies
  • Remove roadblocks to help teams succeed and deliver on transformation goals



Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing without authorit
  • Proven track record of managing Lean Six Sigma projects and delivering measurable results
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • Adaptable, persistent, and comfortable working in ambiguous and dynamic environments
  • Self-starter, highly motivated to take initiative and own processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams



Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or higher)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement roles
  • Knowledge of Finance Operations and Shared Services operating models is preferred
  • Proficiency in developing project tools—reporting packages, trackers, issue logs
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
