As part of our continued growth within the Global Recruitment Centres, we are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Strategic Talent Advisor to join our team and support strategic hiring initiatives across global client groups.

Mission:

As a Strategic Talent Advisor, you will serve as the primary partner to hiring managers and business leaders, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies, hiring market trends, and workforce planning. Acting as the voice of the client within the recruitment organization, you will ensure exceptional stakeholder engagement, drive hiring success, and partner closely with recruitment delivery teams to achieve business objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Lead intake meetings and provide strategic guidance on hiring requirements, talent availability, and recruitment approaches.
• Partner with recruiters and delivery teams to align on hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Monitor recruitment performance, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress across assigned stakeholders.
• Share talent market intelligence and advise on realistic hiring expectations.
• Identify hiring risks, remove barriers, and support successful recruitment outcomes.
• Participate in governance meetings and provide stakeholders with recruitment insights and performance updates.
• Drive stakeholder satisfaction, process adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion exceptional client and candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, RPO, MSP, staffing, client services, account management, or workforce solutions.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholder and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, and workforce planning.
• Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and recruitment performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required.
