The primary responsibility of the Assistant Accountant is to record accurate transactions in the accounting systems and assist in the month-end processes. To provide reporting and other support to the stakeholders as per needs basis.
This is an excellent learning opportunity that provide an overview understanding of our business process, and to perform across different areas of financial accounting including but not limited to forecasting, budgeting, local and global end-to-end process etc.

Financial Accountabilities
- Financials / Accounting, Reporting and Analysis
- Month end P&L, Balance Sheet reporting and analysis
- Key supplier reconciliations
- Preparing accurate sales reporting
- Other ad hoc duties to support the finance team and broader business
- Financial accountabilities are measured by reliability, accuracy and timeliness of reporting

Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualified in an accounting or business degree
- Part qualified CA or CPA
- Advanced Excel skills, proficient in Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in MSD or similar accounting system is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
