The Role:
We’re looking for an Account Development Representative to drive growth and enhance client relationships at Ezra. You’ll be identifying new sales opportunities within our existing client base, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth program implementation. This is a great opportunity to expand your BD skills and dive into account management.
What You'll Do:
Sales Development (60%):
  • Client Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts, focusing on cross-selling and upselling. 
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and position Ezra's solutions effectively. 
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline by leveraging CRM tools, conducting outreach, and following up on marketing campaigns. 
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and client activities to identify potential areas for growth. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets. 
Customer Success (40%):
  • Program Implementation: Assist in the administrative aspects of program launches, including data collection, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams. 
  • Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. 
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute standard reports to clients, highlighting program usage and outcomes. 
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and program details in CRM systems. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance client satisfaction. 
About you:
  • Experience: 1+ years in a sales development or customer success role, preferably within a B2B environment. 
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce. 
  • Mindset: Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for client engagement and growth.
