Driving sales growth and ensuring the successful delivery of Adecco's professional services to designated clients. This position requires a deep proficiency in fostering and maintaining strategic client relationships, underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of marketing, business, technical, and professional domains.

Key Accountabilities
•    Manages client engagement activities to identify growth opportunities in new and existing accounts, aiming to achieve business growth targets.
•    Leads negotiations with clients to secure business deals.
•    Develops and implements industry-specific account plans to enhance Adecco’s service offerings.
•    Elevates the Customer Experience by building trust, fostering loyalty, and enhancing the brand’s position.
•    Leverages existing client relationships to strengthen Adecco’s engagement.
•    Maintains strong client relationships at all levels.
•    Manages delivery risks and resolves issues as needed.
•    Oversees the selection and placement of associates and manages their ongoing experience.
•    Leads and motivates staff to foster growth and maintain a dynamic work environment, embodying company values.. 
•    Builds a customer-centric team, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent and providing long-term career opportunities.
•    Offers support and direction to the Recruitment Team.
•    Drives sales growth to ensure a profitable and sustainable business with a focus on revenue and gross margin. 
•    Meets financial targets by developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships, utilizing Adecco’s specialized services.
•    Collaborates across teams and regions to maximize growth potential. 
•    Delivers accurate forecasting and market analysis to stay ahead of market trends and conditions.

•    Fostered compliance across Finance, WHS, IR, Legal, and Quality while promoting data integrity and technology solutions.

Qualifications 
•    A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
•    Extensive experience in the recruitment industry or relevant i.e. customer service/ sales roles. 
•    Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
•    Expertise in negotiating terms and conditions with clients.
•    Experience in leading and motivating a team.
