Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Adecco Australia & New Zealand, the Head of Sales is a senior leader responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performance sales culture, and strengthening Adecco’s market presence in Australia. The role provides strategic direction, governance, and hands-on leadership to sales teams, while building a strong brand that attracts clients and talent and driving initiatives to win, grow, and retain priority accounts.

About The Role
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
• Own and drive Adecco Australia’s sales strategy and revenue growth agenda.
• Lead new business acquisition and pipeline development across key markets.
• Build a high-performance, accountable sales culture focused on execution and results.
• Lead Sales Directors and partner with Delivery teams to ensure strong execution.
• Support and close large, complex, high-value deals.
Strategic & Priority Accounts
• Lead key strategic accounts to grow, retain, and expand client relationships.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies including cross-sell and upsell.
• Act as sponsor for key clients, strengthening senior-level partnerships.
Sales Excellence & Enablement
• Standardize sales methodology, tools, forecasting, and governance.
• Improve RFPs, pricing, proposals, and win rates.
• Coach Sales Directors to build a high-performing sales organization.
Bid & Marketing Collaboration
• Partner with Bid Management to support major RFPs and complex deals.
• Work with Marketing to drive go-to-market, branding, and demand generation.
• Ensure strong alignment between sales and marketing activity.
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement
• Act as senior representative with key clients and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with GBUs to align global priorities with local growth strategies.
• Build external partnerships to expand pipeline and market reach.
• Contribute to global initiatives and cross-border account success.
About You
• 10–15+ years’ experience in sales, business development, and account management within the Australian staffing industry.
• Proven senior sales leadership experience with strong enterprise deal success.
• Strong strategic account and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience in matrix environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Commercially strong, data-driven, and client-focused.
• Strong leader, coach, and culture builder.
• Degree in Business or related field.
• Travel as required.
