Key Responsibilities
•    Provide subject matter expertise in early intervention, rehabilitation and return to work support for workers compensation.
•    Coordinate and manage workers return to work and suitable duties plans in conjunction with organizational stakeholders, insurers, allied health professionals and regulators.
•    Provide education to organizational stakeholders including their roles and accountabilities in early intervention and rehabilitation.
•    Provide documented status reports on return to work and suitable duties plans.
•    Contributing to the business HSE Strategy for continuous improvement.
•    Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated, valued, and motivated.
•    Other end to end claims management and on the ground injury management support to associates and colleagues included but not limited to:
•    Attending doctor appointments, hospital appointments and other injury monitoring appointments where necessary.
•    Completing all paperwork (workers compensation, insurance forms, incident and injury registration reports)
•    Maintaining contact and liaising with injured associates and colleagues throughout progress of their injury
•    Data entry management of claims registration and weekly payments.

Job Requirement
•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with expertise in ensuring legislative requirements under self-insurance license.
•    Expertise within a NSW self-insurance environment (desirable)
•    Certified Return to Work Coordinator (SIRA)
•    Expertise in applicable state-based workplace health and safety and return to work legislation.
•    Expertise in providing injury management, return to work and rehabilitation advice within a large organization.
•    Completion of or current enrolment in a tertiary qualification in Allied Health or a related field.
•    Additional training or short courses in workplace health and safety (advantageous).
•    Utilization of Solv claims management software.
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting and integrity.
•    Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
•    Professional communication and interpersonal skills
•    Demonstrates empathy through workplace practices that results in the increased health and wellbeing of others.
•    Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
•    Identifies efficiencies and improvements in daily operations to ensure continuous improvements.
•    High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
•    Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
•    Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
•    Occasional Travel Requirements for up to 20%
