The National Account Manager will lead the sales activities and client partnership across a portfolio of accounts. You will possess strong attention to detail and support the team in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. The successful applicant will display a client centric approach in terms of sales, relationship management and team management skills. We are open to hear from people who has have got experience in the white and blue collar space. About Role
• Lead, coach and develop the team to achieve business goals and maximize profit targets.
• Meet and exceed the needs of client, associates, colleagues and stakeholders.
• To ensure the profitability and growth of the business in accordance with pre-set targets, budgets and corporate goals.
• To manage, maintain and develop client relationships through the provision of high-level services which meet or exceed the expectations of clients.
• Act professionally and in accordance with the Adecco values to maximize Net Promoter and GSS survey results from clients, associates and internal reports.
• To protect key account and ensure customer satisfaction regarding service and supply.
• Operational Service Delivery including: Leadership of near site / account management team, maintaining sufficient levels of staff through rostering and planning with clients, working with delivery teams to ensure recruitment volumes are met.
• Work with direct manager to ensure strategy and escalated issues are addressed in the appropriate manner.
About You
• Relevant recruitment industry experience
• Previous people management experience.
• Experience in managing legislative requirements (WHS, EEO, IR etc).
• Experience with data management, reporting & ideally analysis.
• Well-developed interpersonal/relationship building skills.
• Ability to work in a pressured environment, think on your feet and make decisions.
• Sound written and oral skills with the ability to present and profile information to both client and associates.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exposure to financial and labour reporting.
