We will help build up your specialization in the Civil/Construction or Building/Construction desk. About the Role
You will be joining a well-established recruitment brand in Australia where we have existing relationships with key players within the industry. As we continue to grow our recruitment expertise, we are now seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join a high performing team with the ability to recruit nationally not just state based.
You will be responsible for:
• Developing new clients and building on existing client relationships nationally by providing end to end recruitment services.
• Collaborate closely with clients, offering strategic guidance and foster solid and lasting relationships.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and building relationships with candidates to build strong talent pool.
• Meeting personal sales activities and targets to contribute team and business financial objectives
• Contribute to build a high-performing, upbeat culture within the team, driving business growth through collaboration.
About you
• 5+ years of outbound sales/new business development experience with success in closing deals.
• 2+ year recruitment experience (desirable but not essential)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging clients and candidates.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with strong resilience and a passion for driving success in exceeding expectations.
