Job Description
- Prepare and draft simple legal documents under the guidance of Legal Counsel in English , Mandarin and Korean. Ensure all documentation adheres to applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and team members in Mandarin and English the ability to communicate in Korean and review Korean language documents is an advantage
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support cases and projects. Analyze and summarize legal sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes.
- Collect, consolidate, and organize information and data from various sources to support legal proceedings and initiatives.
- Assist with corporate secretarial duties, including preparing for board meetings, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support compliance checks and audits, including preparing necessary documentation and reports, to ensure the organization meets legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in implementing strategic legal initiatives and projects that contribute to the organization’s goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including but not limited to, assisting with contract reviews, litigation support, and administrative tasks related to the legal department's functions.
Qualification
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in legal functions.
Bachelor’s degree in law, Labor Relationships, or a related field
