About the role

Coordinates all phases of the client requisition process in order to encourage a fair and competitive environment and maximize full revenue potential. Coordinates activities to maintain adherence to program process compliance, introduce efficiencies and overall effectiveness within the account to deliver superior quality services to the client, internal stakeholders and suppliers.

What you’ll be doing

Requisition Process

1. Coordinates all stages of requisition activity through the use of VMS technology.

2. Ensures prompt order distribution and that all information is complete and accurate. Provides consultative support to end users to clarify job responsibilities, skills and other requirements of specific requisitions.

3. Reviews and manages candidate submittals from suppliers to ensure the best qualified candidates are presented for end user review and placement.

4. Schedules and coordinates all on-site interviews with associates through the supplier community and provides feedback to suppliers.

Compliance

5. Oversees the proper use of VMS technology by client managers, suppliers and the suppliers’ workforce.

6. Creates and manages program Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training and communicates updates to the supplier community on a regular basis to ensure understanding and compliance.

7. Ensures the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI) identified in the SOP are met within the specified timelines and that corrective action is taken when necessary to drive change.

8. Facilitates to ensure suppliers appropriately manage employee on-boarding, employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews and off-boarding activities.

9. Supports the Account Manager in the preparation of the SLA and scorecard for client review. Facilitates the performance audit/scorecard review on a quarterly basis with suppliers.

Analysis

10. Supports the clients’ business recruitment planning for all locations across Canada.

11. Utilizes a proactive approach and recommends process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency, and eliminate or reduce future issues and errors through the use

of a daily issue log. Ensures that identified process improvement items are incorporated into the scorecard review.

12. Reviews weekly billing exception (kick out) report and gathers information from suppliers in order to correct billing issues in a timely manner. Provides a complete analysis of escalated issues to the Director, COM & RCE on a weekly basis.

13. Manages, reports and tracks use of sub-vendors within the program in order to provide quality service to the client.

14. Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

About you

Education: Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years related experience, ideally in the service industry.

Technical: Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail and Internet applications.

Technical: Working knowledge of VMS tools and CM system an asset.

Behavioural Compentencies:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal to various audiences at all levels of staff and management.

· Proven consistently high levels of customer service levels, with an ability to build strong working relationships with clients and MSP suppliers.

· Superior organizational skills. While meeting client needs consistently, is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, and prioritize any new tasks as required. Works with a sense of urgency with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

· Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.

· Displays a willingness to cooperate and work as part of a team, assisting others when required.

· Proven ability to maximize profitability, while ensuring compliancy to mitigate risk.

· Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. May be required to work alternate hours and/or overtime and travel within region.
