About the role

The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for utilizing new and existing strategies to source and pre-screen candidates to fill temporary and direct hire job orders for various clients. A successful Coordinator will develop and maintain professional relationships with multiple sourcing resources, generating pools of qualified applicants to build and sustain comprehensive candidate pipelines. Acting as the candidate’s employment “agent” (i.e., liaison) through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, the Coordinator implements initiatives for recruiting diverse talent. Nurtures and manages relationships with prospective talent and clients. Meets performance KPIs and SLA metrics and focuses on an improved candidate experience

What you’ll be doing

Sourcing & Recruiting

· Administers job postings in various systems.

· Attend to all candidates that enter into contact with the onsite whether in person or online, ensuring that all candidates are provided with correct information about Adecco, offers, job guidance and training and development programs in a clear and professional manner.

· Complies with and executes required recruitment and submission activity KPIs.

· Identifies , sources, screens and schedules top-quality candidates for open opportunities.

· Conduct structured interviews with candidates – providing feedback and advising next steps

· Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results and modifies as appropriate to meet inventory of needs

· Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates in anticipation of future client fulfillment requests

· Builds successful recruiting strategies of professional skill sets.

· Create, implement and manage innovative strategies to attract top talent and increase retention

· Extends offer of assignment including compensation and bill rate negotiation.

· Facilitates interviews with candidate and customer, including candidate preparation and client brief. Conducts debrief with candidate and customer following interview.

· Assist with the creation, implementation and execution of robust recruitment plans to meet the hiring needs of the client

· Establish a recruitment plan based on the number of workers necessary to achieve the goal

· Facilitate regular communication with the vertical teams regarding open opportunities, client fulfillment requests/priorities, attrition trends and other pertinent metrics

· Interacting with the client, advising of market conditions, providing thought leadership, etc.

· Act as a subject matter expert (SME) related to Adecco’s recruitment tools and processes

· Identifies, evaluates, and recommends innovative solutions to address client needs and issues.

· Facilitates Adecco-specific on-boarding process.

· Anticipate and understand the local talent market and put in place a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent

· Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.

· Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.

· Develops candidate executive summary for resume submittal.

· Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and overall compatibility with client requirements.

· Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation, coaching for specific roles

· Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to better understand clients’ specialized needs, maximizes level of

service, and encourages relationship building.

· Develop and own local recruiting resource relationships and grass roots recruiting plans. Coordinate logistics for recruiting events.

· Maintains awareness of market salaries and benefits of local competitors, and identifies staffing trends.

· Develop candidate and community engagement programs to strengthen Adecco’s footprint in the market

About you

A high school diploma or equivalent with a preferred minimum of six (6) months of recruiting and customer service experience.

COMPETENCIES:

· Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.

· Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations.

· Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.

· Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills are important
