About the role
The People Operations & Reporting Specialist plays a key role in delivering a consistent, compliant, and people centric employee experience across North America. This role partners closely with employees, managers, people team members, and cross functional stakeholders to manage core people processes and provide accurate, actionable people insights.

People Operations 

  • Own and manage key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, document management, and benefits administration using HR systems (e.g., HiBob, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms) to support a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, including role changes, compensation updates, and performance review data.
  • Partner with Payroll and HR Shared Services teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee changes that impact compensation, benefits, or employment status.
  • Support compensation benchmarking activities by partnering with Talent Acquisition, managers, and leaders to understand role requirements and provide relevant data.
  • Act as a trusted partner to employees by answering questions and providing guidance on leave management, work authorization processes, and other employee lifecycle topics, escalating as needed.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Manage and maintain people‑related knowledge resources and content management systems (e.g., Unily) to ensure information is accessible, current, and easy to understand.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects that impact the employee experience.
  • Stay informed about North America employment compliance requirements and incorporate them into People Operations processes in partnership with internal and external experts.

Reporting & Data

  • Build and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports to provide stakeholders with timely insights related to employees, recruitment, payroll, and people surveys.
  • Ensure sensitive employee data is managed securely, accurately, and in compliance with applicable data privacy and employment laws.
  • Conduct periodic audits of HR systems to validate data quality and completeness.
  • Use HR tools and platforms (e.g., HiBob, benchmarking tools, etc.) to analyze trends and provide foundational insights that support decision‑making related to employee experience and business strategy.
About You:
You have
  • 3-5 years of experience in people operations or similar role.
  • Experience in onboarding, offboarding, leave management with understanding of laws in North America.
  • Strong attention to detail and intermediate excel skills (formulae, lookups, pivots)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in HR systems (HiBob or similar platforms)
