Who we are

We believe everyone can be better with a coach... and we won’t stop until we get there.
Coaching changes people’s lives. It helps them be happier and more productive in their work. It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be. That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people – not just those at the top – to benefit from the world’s best coaches. This is true of our EZRA team. We believe a happy team is a productive one. We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.

The Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA team and lead hiring across North America, with a strong focus on GTM roles while supporting hiring across all functions. Reporting into the TA Director, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and function leads — particularly our Sales and Customer Success leaders — to understand what great looks like for each team and build the talent pipelines to match. You'll tell the EZRA story in a way that gets top talent excited to join the mission.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage 10-15 live vacancies at any time, with a strong weighting towards GTM roles across North America.
  • Be a true partner to hiring managers and function leads, building trusted relationships that shape hiring strategy from the ground up.
  • Build recruiting strategies that bring together data, value-fit, and diversity at every stage.
  • Own the full cycle; target lists, JD reviews, candidate assessment, sourcing, outreach, interview prep, feedback, and offer negotiation.
  • Build relationships across the industry to keep a strong pipeline for today's roles and tomorrow's.
  • Share intel and best practice with your TA peers.
  • Help drive TA process and efficiency improvements, with a real focus on how we use AI (including Metaview) to work smarter as a team.
  • Be the candidate's go-to throughout the process — screening, interviews, updates, all of it.
  • Get creative with sourcing — passive, direct, social, and beyond — to keep the pipeline full.
  • Jump into special projects, even outside your regional patch, when needed.

About You

  • 3+ years' in-house TA experience, including hiring across both Canada and the US.
  • Proven experience hiring for GTM functions, with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, roles, and structures.
  • You know recruitment processes inside out, ATS included.
  • Sharp instincts for candidate selection and employer branding.
  • A confident, clear decision-maker who uses data to inform your judgement.
  • A natural relationship-builder, especially with GTM leaders, who partners as a trusted advisor, not just an order-taker.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve how TA works, curious about new tech and always looking to sharpen process.
Life at EZRA
  • Your Own World-class coachto help you grow personally and professionally.
  • Coaching for Friends and familybecausecoaching is a gift worth passing on.
  • Charity Daysto support the causes close to your heart - because doing good feels good.
