6698The Global Technical Talent Producer supports GA’s enterprise delivery by executing against strategic resource and capacity plans through proactive, precision, high-intensity sourcing of contingent technical subject matter experts. This role focuses on expert identification, technical and delivery assessment, and prequalification , ensuring that trainers are technically credible, delivery-ready, and aligned to program and client needs.
Working under the direction of the Strategic Resource Planning Manager, the Talent Producer translates forecasted demand and bench strategy into day-to-day execution—staffing client programs, preparing experts for high-impact delivery, and managing large concurrent sourcing caseloads. The role is critical to ensure that GA’s technical talent bench is responsive, reliable, and consistently premium across all delivery modalities and that it achieves GA’s commercial goals

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities:
Execution of Resources Plans (Key Priority)
- Execute against resource and capacity plans developed by the Strategic Resource Planning Manager.
- Source technical experts into client programs, sales meetings, demos, training cohorts, and events based on forecasted demand and priority alignment.
- Surface risks related to domains of expertise or expert availability and escalate appropriately with recommended solutions.
Expert Sourcing & Pre-Qualification (Key Priority)
●Identify and engage industry-leading technical experts aligned to defined capability needs (e.g., AI, data, engineering, cloud).
●Conduct structured expert pre-qualification to assess:
- Technical depth and real-world credibility
- Communication style and audience suitability
- Availability, commercial alignment, and delivery fit
●Maintain an active pipeline of qualified experts aligned to priority technical verticals
High-Volume Caseload Management (Key Priority)
●Manage a portfolio of 30–40 concurrent expert requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
●Balance competing priorities while maintaining strong communication, follow-through, and a positive expert and stakeholder experience.
●Maintain accurate records of expert readiness, availability, performance, and engagement status in designated systems.
Engagement & Logistics Management (As Needed)
●Manage the operational lifecycle of expert engagements, including:
- Outreach and confirmation
- Contract coordination and rate alignment (in partnership with finance/procurement)
- Scheduling rehearsals, recordings, and live sessions
- Coordinating with Delivery, Program, and Operations teams
●Ensure all experts are fully prepared, briefed, and operationally supported ahead of delivery milestones.
Quality Assurance & Feedback Loop (As Needed)
●Review expert-delivered curriculum, session structure, and delivery performance.
●Collect and analyze learner, client, and delivery feedback to identify coaching needs and improvement opportunities.
●Provide structured feedback to experts and share insights with the Strategic Resource Planning Manager to inform bench health and future planning.
Success Measures
●Timely fulfillment of expert assignments aligned to resource plans
●Delivery readiness and reduction in last-minute staffing escalations
●Expert quality outcomes (learner satisfaction, client confidence, repeat usage)
●Accuracy and cleanliness of expert data (availability, readiness, performance)
●Positive stakeholder feedback from Sales, Delivery, and Program teams
All About You
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
●Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in:
- Talent sourcing or staffing
- Technical recruitment
- Human resource management
●Experience supporting technical or specialized contingent talent in client-facing or delivery roles.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
●Strong ability to evaluate technical expertise and distinguish signal from noise in expert profiles.
●Working understanding of adult learning and executive-level audience expectations.
●Excellent coordination and project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
●Strong communication and coaching capabilities with senior technical professionals.
●High attention to detail, organization, and operational rigor.
●Comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
●Proficiency with scheduling tools, documentation systems, and Microsoft Office.
