AnexcitingopportunityexistsinoursalesDevelopmentorganisationfora2nd-line Managerlookingtofurthertheircareerinahyper-growth,fast-pacedanddynamic environment.
Youwillbeacriticalcontributortothecorporatesalesstrategy,providingahealthyand reliable Inbound and Outbound pipeline to support the overall sales organisation and achieve the region’s objectives.

- Direct reports will be the SDR Managers and SDR teams in Europe
Inthisroleyoucanexpectto
Leadarapidlygrowinggroupof1stlineSDRManagersandSalesDevelopment Representatives (SDRs) with focus on scaling and evolving the organisation
- CoachanddevelopSalesDevelopmentManagers,collaboratewiththemarketing and sales programs teams on demand generation plans, partner with Sales Management in the region to meet targets, and engage with recruitment to hit annual hiring goals
- Driverigoroussalesdevelopmentexecution,ensuringtargetattainment,accurate forecasts and total transparency
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier talent, cultivating a team of high performersthroughimpactfulcoaching,mentorship,andgrowthopportunities
- Inspire&motivateindividualstosucceedthroughimpassionedmanagement, coaching, creative sales incentives, and broadcast of results
- Create scalable, data-driven processes and playbooks that enable the team to achieveandexceedpipelineandrevenuegoals,whilemaintainingastrongfocus on customer experience
- ParticipateinEuropeanwideprojectstodrivefastandconsistentinnovation and keep the organisation’s processes and methodologies agile and ahead of the market
- PromotetheorganisationacrossthewiderbusinessandchampionLHH’svalues of trust, personal growth, diversity, giving back and innovation

- 5+years’experienceleadinganSDRteamof30+,includingmanagersthat directly report to you
- Proventrackrecordofconsistentlyachievingandexceedingpipelinegeneration and revenue objectives
- Experiencedefiningprocesses,buildingplaybooksforotherstofollowinafast- growing company
- Experiencebuilding,scalingandleadingateamwithbothinboundandoutbound responsibilities while maintaining a strong focus on people, culture, and results
- Acreativeproblem-solvingmindsetandtheabilitytoimplementuniquesolutions aligned with business objectives
- Highlycollaborativeapproachwiththeabilitytonavigatechangeandalignteams around common objectives
