Marketing Operations Manager, LHH Global Marketing (remote role / Europe)

The Market Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence within the marketing organization by optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. This role plays a critical part in aligning marketing initiatives with business goals, leading large-scale marketing transformation efforts, and ensuring consistent, scalable, and globally aligned marketing operations.

This role is ideal for a marketing operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving strategic transformation. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of marketing effectiveness and operational excellence within a global organization.

In this role you can expect to

Process Optimization & Operational Excellence

  • Assess, refine, and implement marketing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability globally.
  • Develop best practices, governance frameworks, and playbooks to standardize marketing operations.
  • Ensure the adoption of tools and methodologies that enhance workflow automation and resource optimization.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvements.

Project Management & Transformation

  • Lead large-scale marketing programs, campaigns, and transformation initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Establish project management best practices, frameworks, and tools to ensure timely delivery of key marketing initiatives.
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Drive change management efforts to support marketing transformation, ensuring teams are equipped to adapt to new processes and technologies.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Act as the central point of contact between marketing, sales, Business Lines, and other departments to ensure alignment of strategies and execution.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and integration of marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, reporting, and knowledge-sharing to drive transparency and consistency across teams.

All About You

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or process optimization, ideally within a global organization
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and other business units
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, tools, and technologies (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation, workflow tools)
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and familiarity with PMO best practices
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale transformation projects and leading change management efforts
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Monday.com is a must
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are a plus
