Mission

We’re looking for a Multimedia Specialist to assist in the creative development and implementation of our visual content strategy. This role is more than just making things look good — it's about crafting visuals that tell a story, resonate with our audience, and enhance our brand.


We’re looking for someone who can bring their creative energy to our internal and external platforms, and help with multimedia content, asset design, and video series, as well as social media content.

Short-form video editing experience is a must, along with a flair for static and motion graphic design principles. You should have your ears to the ground, know what’s trending, and contribute big ideas of your own to take our communications to the next level.

Functional Home

The Multimedia Specialist will be part of Adecco’s Global Communications team, and report to the SVP, Global Head of Communications. They will liaise closely with global colleagues across the Adecco Group.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for Audio/Visual communication in line with the Adecco Communications strategy, to bring creativity, consistency and excellence to the business.
  • Understand the company’s vision and generate exciting designs that align with our brand aesthetics goals.
  • Work closely with Adecco’s Communications team on the overall content and messaging for video, podcasts and other assets.
  • Plan, coordinate and produce video filming and production shoots end to end with various stakeholders.
  • Ensure the completion of all projects on time and to a high quality.
  • Onwards publication of the content on various communication channels (e.g. Websites, Video Hosting platform, Intranet, Social Media)
  • Maintain visual identity guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all content and design materials.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve design quality.
About you

Experience

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, design, motion, and editing skills (essential)
  • Degree in Film Production, Communications, Journalism, PR or similar (desirable, not essential)
  • Experience in design, animation and video production within a film studio, media, digital organisation and/or corporate environment
  • Proven track record of project managing and delivering successful video and creative projects
  • Proficient with video and audio editing tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Vimeo Webinar, social media, Microsoft Teams Live Event)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  • Working knowledge of developing and writing concepts, outlines, and scripts
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, collaboration and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
  • First-class written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
