About the role

LHH is hiring the Project Manager who will deliver successful implementations and maximum revenue earning potential on allocated RPO work streams and National Account clients.

The Project Manager provides subject matter expertise and leadership through the account lifecycle from Sales through Implementation. Ensures career direction, mentoring and development is provided to Project Manager Resources, enabling them to reach their full potential.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provides status and feedback to the Director of Project Management on key deliverables while ensuring project delivery adheres to budget and timeline.
  • Provides first-level point of integration and escalation support for client engagements to ensure all team members are aligned in their deployment efforts.
  • Ensures and facilitates the tools and templates for project and portfolio management are utilized and kept current, and accurately reflect project status.
  • Monitors and reports on project performance against objectives, ensuring adherence to LHH Solutions project management standards.
  • Contributes to project communication updates to keep implementation stakeholders engaged in successful RPO and Staffing implementations.
  • Provides subject matter expertise for the implementation function across the RPO and Staffing solution product life cycle – Pre-Sales, Implementation and Post Go Live as needed.
  • Ensures the adoption of continuous improvement approaches by Project Management team to develop faster and cost effective implementations while mitigating program risk.
About you
  • Four plus (4+) years’ experience in process design, implementation and sales support and three plus (3+) years management of delivery / deployment / implementation in the RPO area.
  • Exposure to a wide array of clients (Technical, Light Industrial, Clerical).
  • PMP Certification preferred but not required.
  • Six Sigma certification: Lean Certification and/or Green Belt required.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations.
  • Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization.
  • Strong Sales Presentation experience.
  • Report writing experience (presenting data and issues in a clear and coherent manner).
  • Project planning experience with an understanding of utilizing resources and communicating and implementing agreed upon policy.
  • Strategic approach to resolving client and internal issues in order to create the most cost-effective, deliverable solutions.
  • Experience in multi-account management.
  • Expert working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Project, Visio, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, email and Internet applications.
