What you’ll be doing

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Leads the global pricing activities of the company’s global pricing process for all regions through direct communication with key stakeholders from each region. 

Develops and maintains working relationship with Adecco Group Finance and Pricing teams.  

Manages the production of detailed financial analysis to enable various business teams to use pricing effectively to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.  

Provides ad hoc financial analysis to LHH RPO Senior Management and suggests, aligns and implements improvement measures. 

Collaborates with senior sales leadership to analyze patterns and identify trends to optimize pricing including adjustment of rates, fees and discounting.  

Provides recommendations for price changes for existing offerings as well as evaluates new service features and new offerings based on value and competitive positioning.  

Provide pricing and finance related content for bid response packages. 

Participates in the forecasting and budget process as needed. 

Trains the Sales and Program Management teams on the pricing logic, pricing strategy and tactical elements of pricing.  

Provides coaching and mentoring to team members.  

Reviews contract language with legal team as part of contract negotiation process.   

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

About you

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required.   

Minimum of seven (7) years’ progressive experience in pricing and minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience required.  May consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree.  Prior experience working in B2B services industry is preferred. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing. 

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. 

Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment. 

Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines. 

Ability to effectively influence others at various levels within the organization.  

Ability to identify and implement creative solutions to complex problem.  

Ability to gather, manipulate and report on large data sets.  

General knowledge of and the ability to understand Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).  

Knowledge of and the ability to apply principles, best practices and standards of pricing and financial analysis.  

Ability to present ideas and resulting analysis to all levels of the organization including senior leadership. 

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
