Knowledge & Content Manager - Sales Enablement

In this role, you will be responsible for knowledge & content management across the enablement portfolio including curating and managing high-quality content in various platforms & crafting compelling outreach and campaign sequences for LHH’s sales development reps. This role is crucial in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the best resources and strategies to effectively engage with prospects and clients.

These skills combined with the ability to quickly assess needs and troubleshoot will be critical to yoursuccess. You will bea self-starter, who is organized, and well versed with managing deadlines and working well under pressure.

What you’ll do

Key Accountabilities

  • Content Curation & Management: Develop and maintain a repository of knowledge assets, including documents, articles, and best practices.Partner with internal cross functional teams to identify and include appropriate and relevant content in the knowledge management systems
  • Monitor sales materials & content: curates, update and re-evaluate relevancy in partnership with cross functional Subject Matter experts and stakeholders
  • Develop reporting capabilities from knowledge management toolsand platformsto drive best practice, working with end-users to keep constant pulse on feedback to make recommendations of materials or best practices to include or sunset. Analyze knowledge management practices and metrics to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing through various channels, intranet, and collaborative tools.Regularly communicate new releases of resources and assist in developing quarterly/monthly updates
  • ProjectManage the restructure and enhancements of any internal knowledge management system (e.g.: Salesforce / Seismic /SharePoint / Bynder/ Outreach etc.)
  • Be a brand ambassador: Ensuring all content is on brand, across sales tech stack and that brand governance is followed and where not, coach and drive adoption of consistency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement processes to capture, store, and disseminate knowledge effectively. ensuring teams are following cadence, generating high-quality content deliverables, and meeting timelines weekly, monthly and quarterly.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to knowledge management practices across the organization. Identify and coach individuals and teams on content repositories
  • Outreach and Campaign Sequences: Develop and write effective outreach and campaign sequences for SDRs and SMEs BDs within Outreach and Salesforce Engagement tools. Working closely with sales and marketing teams to understand target audiences and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Track and analyse the performance of outreach campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work outside normal working hours when required to meet the needs of the global nature of this role and the business
  • Various ad hoc administration tasks as defined by business needs

What you need

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relations with team members and stakeholders
  • Fluent English and preferably at least one other language
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing business requirements
  • Proven knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TEAMS. Knowledge of MS Project and SharePoint preferred.
