Shared ServicesCoordinator

The Shared Services role is a pivotal role within the organisation. Managing systems from the Sale of a contract through to invoicing the client. Setting up the system for clients, ensuring all billing information is accurately updated on the system, billing the services along with supporting the Account Managers and Billing Team with any queries. We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong attention to detail combined with an enquiring mind and a great ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Reporting Relationships:

Reporting to the Shared Services Executive Manger

Major Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

System set up using contracts and billing requirement forms

Daily management of outstanding billing information ensuring information is obtained in a timely manner so that the candidate engagement process can commence.

Manage, review and authorise candidate referrals for invoicing.

Investigate and resolve invoicing queries received

Process Credits and Rebills

Support the account managers and the billing team with any system/invoicing queries on accounts.

Required Experience/Characteristics

Proven experience in a billing function is advantageous.

Understanding Orbit system

Proactive and flexible approach to work.

Professional approach when communicating with stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal skills – able to develop effective relationships at all levels.

Experience of implementing effective systems to streamline and improve processes.

Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative and independent decision making.

Ability to prioritise workload to achieve KPI’s.

Ability to work and remain calm under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Excellent query and problem solving skills.

GCSEs (or equivalent).
