About the role

Accountable for the strategic evolution and ensured success of the offshore delivery model for owned accounts. Responsible for account growth, success,profitability, and customer satisfaction. Dedicated owner for assigned client programs and responsible for overall order fulfillment that is provided from offshore and/or vertical delivery teams. Partner and execute with offshore and vertical leadership account and delivery strategies and solutions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Partners with customer on open job order requests, account updates, and resolves all requests. 
  • Liaisons for vertical with offshore sourcing support to ensure client demands are met and strong order fulfillment and provides job order prioritization. 
  • Establishes, fosters, and maintains positive working relationships with Enterprise and offshore teams through regular phone, electronic contact. 
  • Provides direction and establishes priorities and objectives to meet client needs. 
  • Provides oversight, training, and leadership to ensure delivery team reaches optimal potential. 
  • Manages end-to-end transaction recruiting process. 
  • Analyzes data to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results. 
  • Provides consultative support to delivery team to prioritize job requisitions and ensure appropriate coverage on all job orders, as well as clarify job responsibilities, skills, and other requirements. 
  • Manages candidate submittals from delivery team to ensure the best qualified candidates are submitted for end-client review and placement. 
  • Updates and communicates program procedural changes to delivery team. 
  • Performs site visits, as needed, to troubleshoot any issues with offshore initiatives and to provide more meaningful feedback for the offshore team. 
  • Implements process improvement initiatives  
  • Executes special project action plans. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned to enhance account performance.

About you

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of related recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong ability to work independently. 
  • Strong decision-making capabilities. 
  • Proven track record of exercising sound judgement. 
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Growth oriented mindset. 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships both internally and externally to the company. 
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing with various levels of employees and/or management, as well as in one-on-one and group settings. 
  • Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope. 
  • Ability to identify complex problems and evaluate, develop, and implement improvements or recommend changes. 
  • Knowledge of and ability to understand the principles, practices, and standards of talent recruiting. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and ability to work with VMS systems.
