NA07117The Delivery Team Lead is responsible for leading recruiting delivery efforts while providing guidance, coaching, and oversight to a team of recruiters. This role combines individual recruiting responsibilities with team leadership to ensure successful fulfillment of temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities for clients. The Delivery Team Lead is expected to maintain a high level of personal production, drive team performance through coaching and accountability, build strong client and candidate relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. Approximately 60% of the role is focused on recruiting and recruiting delivery activities, while 40% is dedicated to people leadership, team development, and performance management.
What you’ll be doingESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting & Delivery (60%)
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to client hiring needs.
- Source candidates using ATS platforms, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and grassroots recruiting initiatives.
- Manage recruiting workflows and candidate activity within applicable recruiting systems.
- Establish recruiting plans and priorities based on open requisitions and client demand.
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct behavioral interviews and evaluate candidates for best-fit opportunities.
- Coach candidates on resume preparation, interviewing, and career opportunities.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and placement process.
- Achieve individual recruiting metrics including candidate outreach, submissions, interviews, placements, and fill ratios.
Team Leadership & Management (40%)
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, training, and support to a team of recruiters.
- Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and priorities for team members.
- Monitor recruiting activity, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance discussions, and development planning sessions.
- Identify training opportunities and support ongoing recruiter development.
- Evaluate team performance metrics and forecast recruiting activity to ensure delivery against business objectives.
- Serve as an escalation point for recruiter, candidate, and client issues.
- Maintain accountability for quality standards, process compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Provide performance updates, recruiting trends, and progress reports to leadership.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Three to five years of recruiting experience, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting and high-volume recruiting activity.
- One or more years of team lead, coaching, or management experience.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage recruiting metrics, productivity goals, and performance expectations.
- Knowledge of staffing industry operations, workforce solutions, and recruiting best practices

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership capabilities.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and client demands.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting recruiting and performance metrics.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and drive accountability within a team.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $73,869 - $135,426. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
