About the role

SUMMARY:

Provides general and confidential administrative support for one or more members of the second tier of management e.g. SVP, VP Administration within a division. Uses judgment in decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling within established guidelines. Works under general supervision.

What you’ll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides support and coordinates activities for the SVP and their direct reports within their division.

· Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents; prepares correspondence, presentations and reports as needed.

· Manages multiple projects with minimum supervision; exercise appropriate level of judgment on the completion of the task and follows through on issues in a timely manner.

· Handles a broad range of confidential materials including but not limited to inquiries and requests from Corporate and Field regarding compensation and other Human Resource related materials.

· Requires comprehensive understanding and knowledge of organization practices and policies.

· Manages and maintains SVP calendars, schedules appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries; coordinates related arrangements.

· Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Associate Degree or equivalent plus 1-3 years as an executive assistant or related work experience required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

· Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

· Must have the ability to learn new software packages with ease.

· Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally.

· Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $$67,440 - $$80,928 . Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.  PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
