About the role

The NAS Manager Strategic Sales Support Manager is Responsible for leading high performing team members in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Serves as the main point of contact for sales support needs for their respective business units, helps in the oversight and management of department issues and shared functions, and is responsible for the development and management of their direct reports. Develops responses for RFP’s, business reviews (e.g. quarterly and annual), market research, follow-up or ad hoc requests (engagements) in support of Adecco’s sales and account management needs.

What you’ll be doing

Trains and manages proposal and/or QBR/research team members on proposal and business review processes, practices and techniques of the Strategic Sales Support team

· Analyzes engagement requests and client’s objectives to determine feasibility. Provides thought leadership through experience and example work to team members regarding complex proposal efforts

· Monitors the engagement schedules to ensure adequate resource levels; manages the team’s workload to ensure quality work is delivered and timelines are met

· Facilitates individual and team meetings, coaching and reviews

· Conducts annual evaluations of colleagues; provides growth and staff development programs for team members

· Accountable for maintenance of tools (e.g., Qvidian, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Emsi) and licenses

· Performs right track review of proposal drafts, market research and presentations for solution alignment, content, grammar, style, formatting and brand positioning

· Contributes to the integrity of the internal proposal content database (Qvidian)

· Keeps current on program solutions and technical offerings of Adecco Group brands

· Communicates market/client trends to senior leadership

· Presents to business unit teams and senior leadership regarding the Strategic Sales Support functions and initiatives

· Collaborates with subject matter experts to answer specific client questions and records new information in proposals accurately.

· Updates proposal language as needed to reflect updated branding initiatives or other operational changes; consults regularly with marketing counterparts.

· Contributes to creating and distributing information on improving processes to proposal group and pertinent staff

· Develops responses to engagement requests in instances of high volume

· Participates in special projects and performs other related duties as required

About you

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in related field with a minimum of 5 years previous management, writing, communications, marketing or related experience with a proven track record of strategic planning and leadership.

· Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize Customer Relationship Management and sales related tools, such as Salesforce.com.

· Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $70,231 - $128,756. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan. 
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.  PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
