About the role

SUMMARY:

The Delivery Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of Adecco’s clients. Acting as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, the Delivery Recruiter provides exceptional customer service reflective of Adecco’s brand to candidates throughout all phases of their employment journey.

What you’ll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sources, identifies, screens and schedules top-quality candidates for open opportunities
  • Conduct phone or in person screening to identify candidates who best match the needed skillset to fulfil client needs
  • Responsible for extending conditional based offers to candidates who have passed the assessment and prescreening process
  • Strives to gain clear understanding of the client’s business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations
  • Assist with the creation, implementation and execution of recruitment plans and strategies to meet the hiring needs of clients
  • Maintains Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure candidate profiles are updated appropriately, timely and accurately
  • Assists candidates with the completion of onboarding requirements including Adecco onboarding and client specific paperwork
  • Actively works to Identify opportunities to redeploy existing associates with open client orders
  • Uses various methods of outreach including text campaigns and direct outreach to reactivate and engage talent pipeline
  • Serves as a single point of contact for candidate inquiries during the recruiting and onboarding process – addressing all inquiries and escalating, as appropriate
  • Positions candidates for success on assignment including the completion of Adecco and client onboarding requirements, orientation, etc. (as applicable)
  • Works to exceed performance KPIs and SLA metrics while focusing on a best in class candidate experience
About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in fast paced, results driven environment
  • One (1) year recruitment experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow process guidelines, including the effective use of Applicant Tracking System
  • Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills, along with the ability to learn new software as required
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive candidate/associate relationships and networks
  • Capable of proactively establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated and ambitious in achieving results
  • Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply employment-related laws, rules, and regulations

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $38,071 and $69,796. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission. 

Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs.  Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
