About this role

Reporting to the Curation Manager, the Automation Specialist is responsible for the concept, progress and distribution of automation, AI and BOT solutions used within Adecco operations. From initial concept & strategy, and on to implementation and assessment; you will sustain the full BOT experience within the candidate journey.  

What you’ll be doing
  • Initiate and implement recruitment automation policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI solutions to existing workflows to increase quality and success.
  • Monitor and analyze automation tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct Chat bot demo/training and other activities within the team.
  • Remain connected to developments within the industry to ensure growth.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with technology teams from other departments.
  • Leverage data and predictive analytic tools to fulfill incoming and future needs of the organization and the candidates/clients we service.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and systems to improve recruitment fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Utilizes various methods to build talent platform including email campaigns, social media postings, targeted ad campaigns and grass root outreach.
  • Enters and tracks candidate data within ATS and electronic systems
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of data and analytical tools, as well as the recruitment process and job boards.
  • Skilled analytical capabilities with the ability to identify patterns and bring data-driven problem solving.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and be able to adjust to changing priorities within a dynamic business.
  • Hands-on experience working with BOT and Automation development within the Staffing Industry.
  • Understanding of conversational designs, flow, and automated speech recognition.
  • Experience in algorithms, computer visions, knowledge management, and conversational AI.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver successful presentations.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

This position is nonexempt and will be paid on an hourly basis. The salary range below has been annualized based on a 40-hour workweek.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $45,269 - $82,992. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
