The Senior Account Director directs and leads a large RPO Account or a portfolio of accounts maximize revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction. Develops and implements strategies and provides leadership within the Pontoon RPOaccount management team. Analyzes/interprets results and determines actions required to maintain and develop relationships with qualified Pontoon RPO customers. Provides consultation regarding complex business issues to colleagues throughout the organization. Travel will be required. Works under limited direction.
What you’ll be doingDirects assigned RPO account (s) within the Pontoon RPO organization.
Acts as the central point for planning, leading, and executing Pontoon RPO talent acquisition strategies to support immediate and future internal recruiting needs of the business, identifying opportunities for growth.
Interfaces with client to advise on change, delivers agreed metrics portfolio, provides business intelligence and proposes strategic initiatives to improve performance.
Leads change management initiatives and the organizational development of the internal recruiting function to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and needs.
Collaborates with senior client stakeholders and functional leaders to develop and execute annual strategic priorities and build a competitive advantage through strong internal/external employment brand.
Sponsors initiatives to drive the availability of top-quality talent within the region to ensure the delivery of high-quality talent portfolio management decisions.
Manages a yearly budget and P&L, including ability to provide monthly commentary on the financial position giving insight into status of achieving financial targets. Takes responsibility to challenge unknown costs, deliver revenue, margin, and growth vision.
Develops and executes candidate pipeline best practices to support filling current Pontoon RPO staffing requirements.
Serves as the primary escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.
Accountable for the recruitment, management, coaching and development of internal RPO team members to achieve Pontoon RPO business objects and professional career goals.
Develops and implements business plans and strategies to develop and enhance relationships within the designated Pontoon RPO client.
Responsible for effectiveness of assigned Managed ServiceRPO Programs and implementation of enhancements/alternatives required to improve client satisfaction and to drive business development.
Ensures account development opportunities are identified and pursued in conjunction with assigned customer.
Analyzes/interprets results to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. Reviews reports on findings and determines solutions required to capitalize on untapped potential.
Participates in quarterly and yearly business reviews with the designated Pontoon RPOMSP customer.
Provides recommendations regarding the service delivery strategy and organizational model for other Pontoon RPO prospects and customers.
Provides consultation to Leaders regarding Pontoon RPO bids and proposals. Actively participates in sales presentations and negotiations with executives regarding Pontoon RPO service delivery model, with particular emphasis on service requirements, technology, pricing and SLA’s.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
About youEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. LSS Green Belt or higher preferred
Experience:
Ten (10) years of demonstrated progressive leadership experience within the RPO and/or talent acquisition industry.
Expertise and experience with full life cycle RPO programs
Excellent leadership, management, and written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of compliance and reporting of employment, immigration, and labor laws, such as FLSA, ADA and EEO preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing .
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality.
Ability to function effectively with or as part of a team.
Ability to mentor, coach, train and/or supervise employees and foster an environment that promotes personal and professional development.
Ability to effectively manage complex projects under strict deadlines
Ability to own the P&L within a business and to optimise opportunities to increase account growth.
Ability to develop and deliver executive level presentations.
Ability to evaluate programs and processes to assess their effectiveness, develop improvements and/or recommend changes or alternatives.
Knowledge of the principles, practices, and standards of talent acquisition and recruiting.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $100,000-$160,000. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position participates in Pontoon’s incentive program which also includes bonus eligibility.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
