Vice President,Regional Director, HR & Talent Advisory
Our next-generation HR & Talent Advisory business focuses on helping organizations navigate the complex dynamics of organizational design, leadership, culture, and change.
As Vice President,Regional Director, you will lead the North America practice for our HR & Talent Advisory consultancy, driving strategic client engagements, business growth, and delivery excellence. You will partner with senior leaders and consultants to design and implement talent strategies that enable organizational performance and transformation for our client companies.
This role combines strategic advisory with people leadership and business development to drive impactful solutions for clients.

What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the North Americaregion’s client engagements HR & Talent Advisory, ensuring exceptional quality and impact in all consulting work.
- Drive regional business growth by cultivating new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the firm as a trusted partner for senior executives.
- Engage in client-facing interactions for marquee accounts, contributing to relationship-building, solution design, and delivery excellence.
- Represent the firm in strategic conversations with high-value clients, supporting proposal development, scoping, and opportunity identification.
- Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing consulting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth, while ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Shape and execute a regional client portfolio strategy, prioritizing opportunities that align with the businesses' growth ambitions.
- Partner with global colleagues to integrate capabilities across geographies and service lines, leveraging the full breadth of the firm’s expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Stay ahead of market and industry trends, monitoring competitor activity and emerging HR and talent challenges to inform the evolution of the region’s offerings and go-to-market approach.
- Be accountable for the success of regional performance; including resource planning, capability development, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and contract governance.
- Champion innovation by anticipating emerging client needs and piloting new solutions that enhance the firm’s value proposition.
- Represent the firm externally through events, enhancing both market presence and reputation.
About you

Qualifications/Experience
- Advanced degree in leadership development, organizational behavior, business or related field.
- 10+ years in Human Capital consulting with significant experience of growing and managing senior consulting teams, preferably within a tier 1 HR consulting firm.
- Proven success in client advisory, team leadership (10+team size), and a strong business developmenttrack record to grow revenues. Significant experience in some or all; organizational design, leadership consulting, culture and change management.
- Exceptionalabilitytoengageandinfluencesenior executives.
- Experience applying or strong interest in exploring AI and machine learning tools in a consulting environment with a point of view on their potential to transform client work and delivery models.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation: $220,000 - $240,000 per year plus bonus
Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
Benefits: Employees who opt into benefits as part of full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis per year, Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
