About the role

SUMMARY:

VP, Virtual Centralized Accounts is accountable for the strategic leadership and overall success of our virtually supported client portfolio within Centralized Accounts. This role carries full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for virtual accounts and reports directly to the Regional Senior Vice President. The VP will drive financial performance, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, foster associate engagement, and champion operational excellence in close collaboration with the Centralized Delivery Team.

What you’ll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership & Client Growth

  • Drive Business Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans to strengthen client relationships and grow revenue across the Virtual Centralized Accounts portfolio.
  • Executive Sponsorship: Serve as the executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead alignment across Sales, Solution Services, Implementation, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, consistent performance, and high client satisfaction.
  • Growth Enablement: Partner with Enterprise Sales and Client Partners to identify market trends, uncover expansion opportunities, and increase wallet share within existing accounts.

P&L and Financial Management

  • P&L Accountability: Hold full profit and loss responsibility for the virtually supported client portfolio, ensuring consistent achievement with a goal to surpass the financial targets related to revenue, gross profit, and cost management.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Lead account-level budgeting, pricing, and forecasting strategies to ensure financial sustainability and support scalable, long-term growth.

Delivery Optimization & Operational Excellence

  • Business Ownership & Partnership: Act as the primary business liaison to the Centralized Delivery Team, jointly accountable for achieving service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and spend management goals.
  • Resource Optimization: Leverage nearshore/offshore delivery models, automation, and AI-driven tools to accelerate speed-to-fill, reduce cost-to-serve, and ensure consistent, high-quality operational performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support process improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation in virtual service delivery to drive efficiency and enhance client outcomes.
About you

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Team Building: Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams to support client success and portfolio growth.
  • Organizational Design: Establish team structure, clear performance targets, and lead the execution of strategic account planning across all assigned clients.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and structured development opportunities to enhance individual capabilities and elevate overall team performance.

Client Experience & Associate Engagement

  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full associate lifecycle for virtual accounts, driving high levels of satisfaction, proactive engagement, and effective redeployment strategies to reduce turnover.
  • Client Communication Cadence: Lead structured client communications, including stakeholder mapping, Executive Reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring alignment and transparency both internally and externally.

Analytics, Risk, and Governance

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct regular analysis of hiring trends, job order activity, and delivery performance to generate actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, operational, and contractual obligations, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Stakeholder Governance: Maintain strong stakeholder engagement through formal governance structures and reporting mechanisms, escalating key issues and opportunities to senior leadership as appropriate.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Projects

  • Enterprise Alignment: Collaborate across Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Operations teams to align strategic priorities, resolve client challenges, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead or contribute to special initiatives that support enterprise-wide strategic goals and enhance the operational effectiveness of the centralized delivery model.

QUALIFICAITONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of staffing, workforce solutions, or service delivery leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing a P&L, preferably in a virtual, centralized, or outsourced delivery model.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams without direct management authority.
  • Exceptional client relationship management and executive-level communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM, ATS, VMS systems, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Deep understanding of associate care models and retention strategies within staffing or workforce solutions environments.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $117,053 - $ 214,598 Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.  PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
