The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive System Configuration Engineer to join our growing Technology Operations team. In this role, you’ll support global program implementation by setting up and configuring client programs and demo environments in our internal systems.
This is a key role at the intersection of Client Experience, Operational Effectiveness, and Technology. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our coaching programs are launched smoothly and accurately - applying deep product knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to deliver a high-quality experience.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end setup of new client programs, from project close to launch, and throughout their lifecycle.
- Configure program settings and participant data in our internal platforms.
- Collaborate with Operational Effectiveness, Client Success, Product and Program Support teams using tools like Salesforce, Slack, Teams and email.
- Coordinate and support demo program setup for prospective clients.
- Provide platform guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and proactively escalate risks.
- Test and validate new features; share feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
- Stay current on platform functionality and product roadmap developments -become a subject matter expert!
About You
You have:
- 2+ years of experience in application support, implementation, or a similar role
- A degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent work experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on process accuracy
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others
- A customer focused mindset with a drive for quality
- Confidence working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working across global teams and time zones
- Experience with cloud-based systems
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Jira, Zendesk and Salesforce
- Multilingual capabilities
