What you will be doing?
- Cultivating and maintaining strong clients relationships while supporting their hiring needs.
- Offering recruitment strategies and solutions/ advice to clients.
- Managing candidates and ensuring the most qualified candidates are shortlisted for our clients.
- Leading recruitment activities throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve weekly/ monthly KPIs and targets.
Who we are looking for?
- An innovative thinker who is outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients on regular basis.
- Experience in recruitment or sales within the industry will be an absolute advantage.
- A customer-oriented individual who excels at networking in social situations and is a strong team player.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Someone who is sales-driven, mature and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
