Adecco is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team, focusing on expanding business opportunities and managing client relationships. This role involves working with a diverse portfolio of clients, enhancing Adecco's market presence, and driving sales growth across various service lines, including Flexible Placement, Permanent Placement, and Outsourcing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales within international organizations, particularly in the HR sector, and will be responsible for developing long-term business relationships and identifying new opportunities. This position requires travel flexibility and a Category B driving license.

Characteristic of the job:

  • Responsible for gaining new businesses for all Adecco service lines: Flexible Placement (volume projects), Permanent Placement, Outsourcing (FMR, OIN, Outstaffing).
  • Building and developing relationships with new and existing key accounts within designated client portfolio, organizing QBR with all active accounts.
  • Increasing sales gross value and percentage margin related to designated Clients at the national level of Adecco.
  • Managing Client retention and increasing the overall footprint of Adecco on the market (grow market share, cross sell). Responsibility for GSE Accounts on a national (Poland coverage) and international level.
  • Building a strong sales channel with well-qualified revenue opportunities and managing at each stage to achieve a positive decision to start cooperation.

What you will Do?

  • Developing all Adecco services on a national level.
  • Developing long-term business relationships with existing Accounts and identifying, qualifying and offering new opportunities related to acquiring new Accounts.
  • Managing and maintaining sales reports, distribution channels and forecasts.
  • Close cooperation with other Sales and Operations Departments team members to build organizational synergy to ensure successful closing of the sales cycle and to offer extensive experience to Accounts by delivering the project - at local and global level; Securing proper service level and implementation together with existing delivery structures.
  • Responsibility for participating in international Accounts offers and providing (on time) the necessary documentation and information, including: solutions, pricing, best practices, local market intelligence and proposals.

Your Skills:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR Staffing sales within an international organization.
  • Proven experience in client management and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • Fluent knowledge of English is required for effective communication.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and strategies is necessary for success in this role.
