Key Accountabilities & Tasks

·Informing the Administrator, the Processor and the employees who process personal data about their obligations with respect to data protection and complementary advisory;

·Monitoring the compliance with the RODO (GDPR), other national data protection legislation and policies of the administrator or processor in the area of personal data protection, including awareness raising activities, trainings of employees participating in processing operations;

·Responsibility for internal control standards (developing and execution) in the dedicated area;

·Conducting of DPIA;

·Conducting of TPIA;

·Acting as a contact point for data subjects in all matters related to the processing of their personal data;

·Implementing tasks from Group and Regional DPO (Group Data Protection Office);

·Data Breachprocess management;

·Handling the administrative proceedings in the area of data protection;

·Developing procedures and methodologies related to the responsibilities;

·Other tasks within GDPR;

·Cooperation with other team members, including preparation of substitute.

·Leading and managing a team of 1-2 ensuring high performance, effective collaboration and successful delivery of team goals.

Job requirements:

·Higher education in the field of Law or with Data Protection specialization supported by additional education in the field of Data Protection Law (postgraduate studies, renowned trainings);

·Knowledge of data protection law and practices;

·Knowledge of legal legislation/regulations in the field of personal data protection;

·Ability to set appropriate priorities;

·Fluent communication in English and Polish;
