What you will Do?
- Inform the Administrator, Processor, and employees about their data protection obligations
- Monitor compliance with GDPR and national data protection legislation and policies
- Develop and execute internal control standards in the dedicated area
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Third-Party Impact Assessments (TPIA)
- Manage data breach processes and handle administrative proceedings in data protection
Your Skills
- Higher education in Law or Data Protection specialization, additional education in Data Protection Law will be an asset
- Knowledge of data protection law and practices, including legal legislation and regulations
- Ability to set appropriate priorities and manage tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate in English and Polish
