EOI - Recruitment Consultant (6Months Contract)

Role to be based in Tauranga / Rotorua, Bay of Plenty.
We’re looking for a driven, high-performing 360 Recruitment Consultant to build and grow the Adecco presence across the Bay of Plenty. If you’re competitive, relationship-focused, and thrive on momentum and wins, this could be your next big move.
Whether you’re already in recruitment or coming from a strong B2B sales background, this role suits someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, open doors, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:
Build and grow your client base:
•    Identify and win new business across your territory
•    Develop strong relationships with local employers
•    Understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle:
•    Screen, interview, and assess candidates
•    Conduct reference checks and compliance processes
•    Guide candidates and clients through interviews to offer stage
•    Negotiate rates and secure successful placements 
Own your pipeline:
•    Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
•    Build a consistent flow of opportunities and placements

What you’ll bring:
•    1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, B2B sales, or account management
•    Confidence in building relationships and opening new business opportunities
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
•    A proactive, self-starting mindset with a drive to achieve results
•    Exposure to NZ employment or immigration guidelines (a bonus, not essential)
