- Deliver exceptional recruitment solutions for your dedicated accounts.
- Manage, support and develop account delivery teams.
- Achieve planned revenue, margin, and profit targets while ensuring compliance with client SLAs.
- Forecast weekly and monthly revenue to meet budgets and productivity goals.
- Innovate cost-saving processes and strategies for your clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and facilitate regular meetings.
- Identify and act on new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure seamless communication across teams to drive customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management, ideally within the Public Sector.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—that foster effective collaboration.
- A keen eye for detail, comfortable interpreting P&L accounts and financial metrics.
- High motivation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with diverse teams and clients.
