What you’ll be doing
  • Document existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement as well as areas of weakness 
  • Define processes for new clients in collaboration with regional directors and clients 
  • Work closely and in a solution-oriented manner with various internal stakeholders 
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture processes 
  • Contribute to process modeling using methods such as Lean or Six Sigma, depending on project needs 
  • Participate in the implementation or facilitation of continuous improvement initiatives (CIP) 
  • Lead the implementation of new processes, including associated training and communication 
  • Support stakeholders in change management to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes 
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects related to process creation or improvement, while ensuring proper documentation is maintained 
About you
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Process Manager 
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong customer orientation and solid consulting skills 
  • Excellent communication abilities and a solution-oriented mindset 
  • Proficiency in documenting detailed processes and activities to create clear and effective user guides 
  • Affinity for information technology and digitalization 
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels 
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: process management, change management, customer relationship management, or implementation of digital solutions 
  • Fluency in German and English is required; Swiss German is a strong asset
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
  • Primary workplace: Zurich
