About the role

The Strategic Program Lead position is a blend of strategy, program management and operations. You will experience a one-of-a-kind opportunity and learn from the executive vantage point. The position enhances the collaboration and coordination of teams with distinct backgrounds and objectives, ensuring strategic alignment and engagement at the most senior levels of the organization. This position requires a balance of strong technical program management skills, strategic thinking, and senior communication skills to drive projects with Function and GBU teams achieve on strategic priorities for the Group. This role will provide exposure and insight into all parts of our multi-national business.

What you’ll be doing

Key Accountabilities

  • Synchronize and coordinate the Group Strategy & Marketing in its main missions and priorities to ensure alignment between, Marketing, Sales Excellence, Crisis Response Management, AI Group strategic initiatives and the larger CEO office
  • Lead the triaging workflow, prioritizing key initiatives and deliverables to maintain focus on the most critical business priorities
  • Prepare and deliver regular presentations and project updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
  • Lead (or co-lead) specific global strategic initiatives and projects, driving execution and impact across the organization. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to optimize operations and improve processes
  • Working closely with the Group Strategy & Marketing team, to develop and refine content for strategic meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Connect the dots across the organisation to enhance alignment and engagement – collaborate with TAG Corporate Functions and GBUs stakeholders to influence strategic and operational direction

Key Competencies

  • Strategic Thinking & Business and AI Acumen – Ability to align initiatives with company strategy, analyze priorities, and drive impact. Good understanding of AI technology and applicable ecosystem within the Talent Industry
  • Stakeholder Management & Influence – Strong collaboration and influencing skills to engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a global organization. You are people oriented and you enjoyed working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Program Management – Expertise in managing multiple strategic initiatives, prioritizing effectively, and delivering results
  • Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to create high-quality presentations, hands-on, tailor messaging for different audiences, and present insights to leadership
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Proactive in identifying challenges, connecting the dots across teams, and making informed decisions
  • Crisis & Change Management – Resilient and adaptable in high-pressure situations, supporting teams through transitions and evolving priorities. You excel working through ambiguity and are a self-starter
About you
  • At least 8 years of experience in a large multi-national organisation working in business, digital, tech or organizational transformation, leading strategic business project or program 
  • Highly experienced across MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Copilot). Strong interest in AI tools, applications and knowledge. 
  • Master degree or equivalent in Business Management, Corporate Strategy  
  • Passionate about technology and artificial intelligence 
  • A proven background in the coordination of projects with internal colleagues across functions, leadership and external parties 
  • Must be interculturally savvy, able to communicate at all levels, excellent writing and oral communication 
  • Advanced understanding of strategic financial drivers and processes
