Our Wellbeing initiatives
Our ‘people first’ approach means making the wellbeing of our colleagues a priority, always. Employee wellbeing has never been more important, and we’re proud to lead by example in supporting our people to be holistically healthy in challenging times.
The lines between work and home are becoming increasingly blurred; never has an effective wellbeing strategy been more mission critical. We use our own Workforce Vitality model to build our wellbeing strategies. This is a holistic approach that unites the top-down management and bottom-up feedback. It covers mental and physical well-being, a social aspect, which encompasses employees’ ability to connect, engage with others, and ensure inclusivity, as well as purpose, which focuses on employees’ beliefs and principles to serve as motivation.
“We want to set the standard as a world-class employer, by creating a respectful, inclusive and healthy environment for everyone.”
Alain Dehaze, CEO
We’ve put a number of steps in place to help us live our vision by making the future work safely for everyone.
Supporting our People
Our online ‘Supporting our People’ portal provides access to useful resources and tools to aid in adjusting to life during Covid-19 and beyond, including upskilling opportunities, our Covid doctor and Covid Protect app and other IT resources. We’re taking the time to listen, too. We’ve incorporated a wellbeing module into a quarterly engagement survey and we’re doing whatever it takes to help our people adjust to working remotely - maintaining productivity and physical wellbeing, while also delivering training and coaching on all kinds of subjects from nutrition and anxiety to stress and mindfulness.
