In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Provide technical knowledge in Talent Development solutions, providing greater expertise with Training and Development solutions for the various levels of Leadership, including Assessment, Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership Programs
- Act in an active role with the Sales force with the objective of designing technical proposals and influencing the generation of new business.
- Have general responsibility for all phases of the work, ensuring the quality and customer satisfaction with the solutions delivered through the partnership with the LD Operations team.
- Stay connected to the global/regional team in his/her are of activity in order to learn about and locally implement new LHH global/regional solutions and tools.
- Play a key role in aligning, communicating, and influencing with LHH’s internal management team/peers, and externally with customers.
- Will manage teams in a matrix of ways to ensure that the project will deliver consistently with customer’s expectations and objectives and ensuring a high-quality service compared to the market.
All About You
- Proven experience in the filed of organizational psychology, leadership development, human capital management, and/or other related areas.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the practive of leadership development, working on large projects and experience in consulting environments.
- Experience in identifying opportunities and designing leadership development solutions
- Consultative capacity and ability to develop good relationships internally and externally.
- Commercial accumen and willingness to act and sell in competitive environments.
- Well-developed business and systemic vision.
- Comfort to deal with ambigiuos/uncertain situations without losing the ability to build organizational guidelines regarding is area of expertise.
- Experience in exercsing influence with executive layers.
- Oral and written competence for presentations with fluency in English.
- Skills for project/team coordination and management.
- Proactive attitude combined with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ability to think through complex solutions
- Ability to structure/implement/communicate processes and best practices.
- Ability to influence, manage relationships and conflicts
- Analytical and critical eye to draw conclusions/recommendations from the details
- High level of initiative, self-motivation and direction
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship
