Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Revenue Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive revenue by acquiring new clients through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building.
- Client Meetings: Set up and attend meetings with potential and existing clients to assess their recruitment needs, propose Adecco’s tailored solutions, and close deals that contribute to revenue growth.
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Regularly engage in cold calling and outreach to generate leads, introduce Adecco’s services, and secure new business opportunities.
- Agile Sales Strategy: Implement agile sales strategies to quickly adapt to client needs and market changes, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to meet business and revenue goals.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding, ensuring successful placements that meet client requirements.
- Revenue Growth & Targets: Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets by consistently bringing in new business and expanding your client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and maintain revenue streams.
- Industry Expertise & Market Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, salary trends, and talent acquisition strategies to position Adecco as the go-to recruitment partner.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, with a focus on bringing in new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Strong cold calling, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to exceeding revenue and business development goals.
- Ability to adapt and apply agile methodologies to business development and recruitment processes.
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement, with a passion for career growth and becoming an industry expert.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
