About the role

The Business Analytics & Reporting Lead will be responsible for building and driving the analytics and reporting function for the Global Recruitment Centers (GRCs). This role will design, implement, and manage dashboards and reports that enable leaders to make informed decisions, measure transformation progress, and continuous improve operational performance.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and oversee the reporting framework, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of key performance metrics for GRC reports as well as account/country MBRs.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define KPIs, SLAs, and success measures that align with strategic and operational priorities.
  • Design, implement, and maintain operational dashboards to track account- and country-level SLA performance, enabling proactive management of service delivery.
  • Deliver dashboards, scorecards, and reports that communicate insights effectively to leadership, account managers, and operational teams.
  • Standardize and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and increase responsiveness to business needs.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation processes and working with IT / data governance teams.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members and stakeholders on interpreting analytics and leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Other responsibilities as requested.
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Management or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analytics or reporting, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Proven experience in developing dashboards, reports, and analytic solutions (e.g. Power BI).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs and SLAs in operational or transformational initiatives.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills – able to simplify data for non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR industries is desirable but not required.
