SE00072The Implementation Project Manager will lead the successful transition of new countries, accounts, and processes into the Global Recruitment Centers (GRCs). This role ensures that transitions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both client and business expectations. Acting as the central point of coordination, the Implementation Project Manager will manage end-to-end project activities, engage stakeholders across functions and geographies, and apply structured change management to enable a smooth adoption of new ways of working.
What you’ll be doing- Manage the end-to-end of implementation projects, from initial planning and due diligence through transition and stabilization into the GRCs.
- Collaborate with account leaders, operational leaders, and enabling teams to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resourcing for each transition.
- Develop detailed project and transition plans, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful delivery of transitions.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer, training, and documentation activities to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor performance during transition and stabilization periods, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Apply change management principles to support stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption.
- Partner with analytics and reporting teams to track and communicate transition performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders on implementation progress and outcomes.
- Capture lessons learned from each implementation and feed them into continuous improvement of transition methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or transition management in a global or matrixed environment.
- Proven track record in managing implementations of new business or complex transitions of work (e.g., offshoring, shared services, recruitment delivery, or outsourcing).
- Strong understanding of operational readiness, process mapping, and knowledge transfer practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and transparency.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or professional services highly preferred.
