As a RTR Process Lead at TAG Finance Shared Services Centeryourmissionis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records through meticulous accounting practices and comprehensive financial reporting. You will serve as a subject matter expert with comprehensive conceptual knowledge and business acumen, dedicated to providing timely and insightful financial information that aids strategic decision-making and fosters organizational success. Your job duties include maintaining complete and accurate record-keeping, reconciling data between financial systems and overall support of accounting and period end close processes, including A2R (Acquire to Retire) and Intercompany Accounting processes.
Individual responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements to ensure they comply with USGAAP
General Ledger Management: Review the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and reconciled
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and Internal controls
Month-End and Year-End Close: Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurately reported and deadlines are met
Account Reconciliations: Perform complex account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data
Audit Support: Assist in both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports, which is critical for compliance and decision-making
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions to enhance the R2R process.
Manage the team and stake holder in the absence of Team Lead
Review SOPs created by the team
Key Shared Responsibilities
Project Management: Managing projects related to process improvements, system implementations, and other initiatives
In the absence of the team lead, take on shared responsibilities to ensure continuity and support the team's objectives
