2600008NRole Overview:
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the driving process excellence, ensuring high-quality operational standards, and acting as a key advisor to the CEO. The incumbent will be instrumental in streamlining business processes, enhancing governance, and leading audit & compliance frameworks, while also playing a chief of staff function to enable the CEO’s strategic agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Process Excellence & Business Transformation
·Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and customer experience.
·Implement best-in-class methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
·Establish KPIs and governance mechanisms to measure and improve operational effectiveness.
·Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of operational excellence.
·Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO on strategic priorities.
·Drive execution of key business initiatives, ensuring alignment across leadership teams.
·Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
·Manage CEO Office operations, ensuring streamlined communication and decision-making.
2. Quality & Audit Leadership
·Develop and implement a comprehensive quality and audit framework for the organization.
·Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance best practices.
·Conduct internal audits, identify gaps, and lead remediation plans.
·Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and process adherence across teams.
3.Act as a PMO for key strategic companywide initiatives:
·Responsible for managing & overseeing project portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, optimizing resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement in project execution across all businesses
Key Qualifications & Experience:
·20+ years of experience with majority of experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry.
·Adequate experience in process excellence, business transformation, strategy execution, and quality & audit.
·Proven track record in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic leadership role.
·Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other operational excellence methodologies.
·Strong experience in corporate governance, risk management, and internal audits.
·Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
