We’re looking for a HR Officer who thrives on accuracy, clear communication, and getting things done — someone who can turn complex calculations into smooth experiences for our internal teams and consultants.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll be the go-to person for all things payroll and HR administration — from contract creation to salary queries, from onboarding to offboarding.
Your responsibilities include:
Payroll Management
Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll for internal employees, consultants, and temporary staff (in partnership with Partena and SD Worx)
Process bonuses, salary reviews, career breaks, long-term absences
Double-check attendance data, payroll simulations, and cross-validate for consistency
Handle 13th month, double holiday pay & eco vouchers
Follow up on negative payrolls
HR & Admin Support
Respond to payroll-related questions from employees and managers
Create documents: contracts, attestations, appendices
Maintain up-to-date personal files and HR databases (Partena & SAP)
Oversee benefits: hospitalization insurance, group insurance, educational leave, work accident follow-up
Employee Lifecycle Support
Prepare and present contracts to new hires
Manage HR system entries and Dimona declarations
Finalize offboarding: exit calculations, documentation
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR administration
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with good command of English
- Comfortable with Excel — analytical mindset is a big plus
- You’re proactive, accurate, and not afraid to take ownership
